New Year Resolution Start up?

Don`t hesitate, just do it:

1. Look for unsolved problems, unserved wants and needs
2. Build an easy, quick and cheap prototype that focusses No. 1
3. Test product with lead customer (b2c / b2b)
4. Get feedback and improve
5. Use feedback cycle of – let´s say – every month (see: Scrum!)
6. When lead customers fully adapts your solution, go to mass roll out
7. While pushing up sales, already start with No. 1 again

Start doing it already now, e.g. by research unsolved problems, do not waste time writing business plans.

Hint: Outsource the business administration stuff to marketing agency, lawyer and tax adviser …
